ok i am looking to grow maybe 2 small plants i have seeds all norther lights
i was thinking cfl 150w and soilless mix i am in a pinch on funds and space so i was going to build or make a grow area how much room do i need to do this and what all will i need:S5:

2' * 2' should be just enough for 2 small/medium sized plants.
The flours will be enough for the first weeks, I would suggest you veg them for roughly a month.
Then I would suggest moving to a 250w HPS lamp for the flowering period.
You MUST take into consideration that you'll need quite a lot of ventilation even for a 250w lamp, if the door to the room is going to be closed.

how much would a 250w hps light cost and it well be in a dresser that has been fiit to about 4 feet high and 2 fee wide and 3 feet long so that well work is 2 150 w cfl goodfor 2 plants.... one for each???

Your cabinet should just about be able to fit that in, I would suggest you LST them though:

I'm not a fluor farmer, but I think those two 150w fluors should be quite adequate to veg 2 plants.
