Looking for a free website host.

Preferably one with minimal adds, though I realize I won't get one with NO adds whatsoever. Maybe just popups or something, that way everyone can use popup blockers. ^.^

Any advice? And hostultra.com keeps rejecting me for some reason so that's a no-go. I'll be using it for salvia information and distribution if that matters.
