Need a basic list.. Have bagseed.

I only have bagseed right now, but I really want to start growing. I have about 15 seeds, some kind of look dryed out though. But can anyone give me a list of basic things to get to grow?

Im not looking to output thousands of dollars or anything, I just want something maybe easy, doesnt need to be high quality awesome weed, just something that me and my friends can smoke on the weekend for fun. As long as it gets us somewhat high I'll be happy.

I'll be even happier if someone can make a list of the basic materials I'll need.

Ive been searching for the past half hour and all I can find is that I need CFL's, pH monitors, and all this fancy stuff, do I really need all that for just some average growing, the lights I can understand, but all that other stuff.

I also couldnt find anything on how to grow either, like how to tell male/female, whats the diff between male/female, what stages a plant goes through and what to do ect.

There are hundreds to choose from, find a few and spend some time reading.;)

BlazinHerb is right, do a google search. But to answer your question about male/female, when the male flowers and starts to show sex they develop "pod" like sacks around the node area. The female grows a white hair known as a 'pistil'.

Also males don't produce bud/flowers and therefore has no yield or smokable weed, so people tend to throw them out once they find out it's a male, males are only useful for pollinating the females for seeds.

Basic materials: lights, grow medium, nutrients, ph testkit, water. you can use soil in buckets or hydro in buckets. That should make searching easier. everything u need is on here. Read the stickeys and look around. go to certain areas where the subject would be posted.
