Well today at school I was bored so I decided to get a few people to go OUT of the school out back and smoke what was left of my blunt which was basically the whole thing, I burned just a bit of it. So when we were done we came back in the building and some how the first guy that was with us (it was 4 of us) got away and me and the other 2 got caught. The first guy that caught us turned his head and when he did I stuffed my bag in my underwear. I only had one bag, if I hadn't had that I would not have gotten caught. Anyways I stuffed it in my underwear and they took us to the office. I couldn't stuff my tube in my underwear so to make a long story short they tried to intimidate us in the office and the cop finally searched me. Note while they were talkin to us I felt the bag slide down into my pants. I'm like "oh shit, I'm fucked". I think I would have been fine but I was so high I thought I remembered a chair was right behind me so I tried to sit down but as I almost fell to the floor I caught my self and I stomped hard with the foot that I had the weed in. So I didn't get to softly sit down to keep the weed from falling but it didn't work. The cop was trying to play games because he already saw the bag but he still was searching my sock and shoes and all. The other guys was pointing out the bag on the floor and he said he already saw it. So he put the weed and tube in a envelope like and tells me "you can't learn in school when you're high"...I say "I learn better when I'm high ha, for real" and every body laughs like it's some kinda joke or somethin and then I'm like "they treatin us like we on crack or somethin" cuz they said we gotta take classes after we get tested for the shit and he says "Bottom line is it's illegal" and takes out his cuffs and cuff me..I had those things on for like a hour or s. That shit hurted so much.

Anyways I would have been off to a detention center if I didn't get in contact with some one. I had my prints taken and my mug shot or w/e and the lady that had to do it was cool with my mom and she found out that she was my mom so she let me stayed in there until I could get in contact with some one because I knew I could get some one in at least 30 mins. So I eventually got some one and to make a long story short my mom came to get me and surprisingly she was cool about the situation. At first I was jumpin' a bit because I thought she was gonna hit me or somethin lol. Cuz at first she looked mad as fuck but she was cool with it. So I gotta go to some classes for 3 weeks and if I test positive within the 3 weeks then I gotta start over. But I wanna know how can they tell if I've been smoking within those 3 weeks? It's like I've been smokin every day since November, how can the THC levels be low enough to tell that I haven't been smoking during the classes? Also can I eventually get this bs petty not-serious-at-fucking-all charge taken off my record because I don't need this shit trying to get a job..also I think I have to go to court. What's about to happen if I don't do good in court or w/e? I never been in anything like this so I don't know what to expect..Also I hope I told that story right because since I gotta stop I just took 3 full bowls straight to the head and I'm high-as-fuck...enjoy :)

Hell yeah Owl. I finally made that final decision to never smoke in the public again. And if I do I'll be some where, where I can at least get rid of the weed on me. I'm only gonna smoke at houses or just some where that I know for a fact cops and snitches won't be because that is some bull shit. They just wait around for shit like this to happen. Lucky you, I had to take 5 classes. Finally finished last monday, actually.

Just stay clean the next 3 weeks till you get tested and be happy that you only have to go through that once. I get tested every time now, so I'm forced to wait till I'm tested to smoke, then I can smoke for like a month.

I would start getting your metabolism up though, and make sure you get as clean as you can. That would suck if they just tested you after 3 weeks and didn't even care if you had less THC by-product in your urine, just whether you fail or not. Those kind of people are really clueless about that shit.

I'm not sure what it's like where you live Orange (I'm not even sure what state you live in), but here in Cali if you have a possession charge on your record, after 3 years you are not required to state this on applications and employers don't even know.

You can still smoke, but you'll have to limit the amount you use. I used to smoke about 2 one hitters worth /day everyday, and on the weekends, I'll smoke about 2 bowls. One day, I bought an at home test to see if I would be clean after all of that. I smoked every day except Sunday, and I did the test the following Monday. I managed to pass.

You're right about smoking in public. When I used to, I'd carry only a one hitters worth (there has been a few times where I've smoked about 1 gram to the face). I have stopped doing that entirely now due to the risks and laws in my state.

I recommend you fight the charges in court. Seriously. It takes a lot of time and energy (I had to drive out to the courthouse several times which happened to be an hour away) but it's all worth it in the end. I eventually got all the charges dropped since I had a clean record. Lemme warn you though, the authorities are going to make you feel like shit. The Ranger at the camp was pretty chill, as was the cop, but the judge and woman I had to talk to about the dropped charges were both unbelievably rude. There's nothing you can do though, man. That's just how America's run. It's bullshit. We all know that.

You just gotta be careful, and try not to hang out with dumbass people. That was my biggest mistake back then. And hey, don't let this change you as a cannabis smoker. If you want to know the consequences of a failed drug test, it depends on your probation officer. Most of them give you a chance after a failed drug test, but if they don't, they consider it a violation of probation, which is a charge that will stick in your record. What happens after that is up to the system. Perhaps more time added to probation, or a few days in juvy. It's anyone's guess.

I would not grow as long as you are on probation. Any trouble you get in at this point is magnified. Things you normally won't get in trouble for, they'd consider a violation. Example if get a below average GPA.

Finish probation first, be free with your life, and you can grow all the plants you want. :)

Btw, about random testing before getting off probation, it is a possibility. It depends on the Probation Officer. I had all mine scheduled so I knew how much I had to smoke to pass my drug tests.

Orange, most likley the case will get dismissed, ive had 3 posession charges dropped, even when i had a 1/8th that was bagged out (intent to sell). If the case dosent get dismissed itll be a fine less than 100. As for the accual court part you probably wont even have to say more than 2 words, your name. The judge dosent have time to waste with some petty dimebag. I was never caught in school though, the rules may be slightly different, i dont think so though.

yojust act real sorry and ish. i got off with community service. ive gotten tickets before from cops, never arrested. the biggest ticket i got was like 900 bucks for havin a little over a half ounce on me. they usually dont arrest you unless you got at least an ounce cuz then they'll book you for intent to distribute. thats how it is here on long island anyways. than again if your rollin around in a black escalade with 5% tint, and 24's, your fucked. lol

getting caught with weed shouldn't really keep u from gettin a job. I've had a couple jobs that did background checks on me and found out i had a misdemeanor marijuana possession and drug paraphenelia and they still hired me. I passed the drug tests of course.
