as some of you know, lifes not been a bed of roses for me lately.Times get lonely when you are down, nobody wants to know. But a good friend of mine , hes a rastafarian from st lucia called me last week, in the middle of all the shit, to say he was thinking about me, and praying, etc.
The very fact he called was cool, as I havent seen him in over a year, and miss the hell outta him, but he sees things so simply.
He told me to give HIM praises every day,read the psalms, go back to basics.
For some unknown reason, he gave me a sense of peace.
I dont know what Im trying to say here, except that sometimes, little things mean a lot. One phone call , to say hello, can say so more much.
Hope all is well in everyones world,help people up, dont knock them down,
