i would just like to mention, although nobody probably cares. i am a strong believer in the fact that weed helps with insomia. i used to spend on average 3-4 hours trying to fall asleep and ocasionally not fall asleep at all. now that i smoke, even when i dont smoke that day, i do not suffer any insomnia and often fall asleep within minutes.

Yeah, I used to have to watch T.V for like 2-3 hours before I could get to sleep. For about 3-4 days after tokin' I have absolutely no problem going to sleep at night. Plus I'm generally an angry person, but again for 2-3 days after smoking I'm mellow as hell and can control my anger much better. It also helps with my rare migranes and occasional back spasms. <3 MJ.

Cannabis helps me with insomnia and it's close cousin hops helps even better.

Watching TV in bed... can be not so good... same with reading in bed. If you have sleeping problems, activities that you would associate with being awake can keep you from sleeping, and if you are someone who reads themselves to sleep, it can make studying tougher. Just an FYI.

a few years ago, one night, I just could not sleep, went on for like two years only sleeping for an hour or two,almost ruined my life, doctors always trying to shove antidepressants down my throat, doing alot of internet searches I found this works for me...... I take 3 mg of melatonin( for sleep) and an amino acid called 5 HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) supports positive mood, both are sold over the counter at most vitamin shops,

I like the smoke method but it gets dry around here alot
