No.
Poor hygiene and genetics is the cause. Wash your hands often and you won't get it as easily.

Also watch what you put into your mouth. What goes into your body as far as food items are a large cause of ACNE. Sugary and oily items being the main culprits.

We should have to grow potatos in our closet to make illegal french fries and sell em by the gram because obesity is 420 times worse then a healthy marijuana hobby.

A blackhead is a pore clogged with oil. Smoking doesn't make your skin oily, if anything being around the smoke would dry it out.

Yep its the greasy food and sugar and stuff that makes you'r face bloom.

Actually, greasy and sugary food has been proven to not have an effect on acne. You could eat all the crap in the world and still have clear skin. It's just genetics and hygeine that cause acne.
Anyways, the answer to your question is yes and no. Marijuana does not CAUSE acne, but it can indirectly make acne appear. I read online (and you can google it if you wanted to find the specific study) that marijuana raises hormone levels, and we all know that when hormones are raised, the skin becomes more oily and so on and so forth. However, just because your hormone levels raise does not mean you will get acne. Some people just have more sensitive skin than others and the increase in hormones can have different effects on people.

aaron is right. however it is different for all people... some people will break ouot if they eat certain foods... but its not necessarily true that greasy and oily food have to do with acne... there are other reasons than acne to eat healthy any ways... if you do have acne try drinking 8 cups of water a day for a week... it works great... drinking water gets rid of the toxins in your body that are released in your face... if you don't beleive me about water here ya go...

I can't imagine THC would have an effect on it... i've smoked more and more over the past month and I've gotten less and less of it mainly cuz im drinking water...
I'm telling you water is the cure... 8-10 glasses of water a day... you'll see results in a week I bet

LOL! Very well said. Deserves to be a sig.
I despise fast food. I eat a lot of fruits and organic stuff. I stay away from sugar during night hours mainly cause I have 9am early classes and want to go to sleep on time without sugar keeping me up all night.
Yea, my face is pretty damn clear.

Kids, what you eat has a BIG effect on your complexion! There is a tribe of people in the Pacific Islands whose kids have NO acne (I've seen the pictures of their teens and their skin was as clear as a baby's). Their diet is based on yams which are very high in vitamin A. Retinol, one of the favorite acne meds, is basically a modified vitamin A. Eat fruit and veggies, not junk food. Eat yams, corn, carrots, peaches and apricots as natural sources of vitamin A (vitamin A tints foods yellow). Wash your hands and face often with a mild soap, like Dr. Bronner's (at almost every health food store). - Granny:stoned:

I agree, Proactiv is really great. The commercials may be annoying, but the stuff really works.
