Okay, long story short. I had to go out of town unexpectedly for a week. This means I had no one to care for my green babies. I came back and they were suffering...droopy, some of the lower leaves were crispy dry, yellowing and brown. I raised the lights b4 I left so they wouldn't get burned, but of course this had the unpleasant side effect of causing them to stretch. I can't post pics right now...my fiance left my camera in the minivan and it's just too damn cold outside for me to go out and get it. I'll post some tomorrow.
Anyway, can any of you experienced folks give me some tips on how to baby them back to health? I removed some of the really bad leaves, gave them a drink w/some weak strength nutes, and raised the temp in the room a smidgen. It had gotten really cold outside, and this affected the ambient air temp in the room. It's about 72F in there right now. When I first got home it was only 68 or so, and the humidity was low, like 34RH. I got that back up to 40.
I'm worried...they look stressed as hell. They grew like crazy too while I was gone. The new growth looks good, but the older growth looks bad.
Thanks in advance,
Mrs. G:greenthumb:

Now that I'm getting over damn jetlag, and my camera warmed back up, I took some pics of the damage. I need to do a little housekeeping today too.;)
You can see how droopy and upset they look.

A couple more pics...
just in case it's relevant, they're 4 weeks old, started from seed. They're about 2 weeks into veg right now. They were beautiful and healthy before I had to leave town. Now they look like sad little trainwrecks.

I just realized this should have been posted in the "problems and sickness" section. Mea culpa, mea maxima culpa. I blame jetlag, and sampling of my sweetie's stash. Any PTBs wanna move it?

If they really only need water they should come back for you with some time. Go very very easy on the nutes while they are sick....I'd just use ph'd water till they look happier and easy on the lighting as well.
Cannabis is amazingly resilient, trust me I know. They may lose a few leaves but they will recuperate if water was all they lacked.
Good luck & happy growing

Thanks Weedhound. The only reason I used any nutes at all is because I flushed them before I left, not realizing I was going to be leaving. Does that make sense? LOL. So they didn't have food or water. So when I saw the yellowing, I made a very very weak solution, about 1/8th strength. I agree, no more nutes until they perk up a bit. The pH is good...checked this afternoon and they are all riding between 6.5-6.8. Odd as it sounds, I think they're just happy to see me.

Thank you Doco. Like any new parent, I'm nervous I'll mess something up. Funny...if my human daughters grow up to be of an alternative sexuality, I'm totally cool with it. But if my green daughters turn hermie, I'll cry.:D

And why are you dragging up a thread from nine months ago? Those plants are long dead - hopefully after a bountiful harvest.

Texas Toast, watch yourself.
-You can't be coming on here laughing at other peoples' grows.
-Bumping threads from 6 months ago is frowned on if you aren't adding anything productive.
I see you only have 2 posts, and your very FIRST post on the site was making fun of another member.
Good job.
