This is what I usually smoke out of now. It works as the same concept of a waterfall but doesn't need to be refilled over and over again. It gets me pritty high. Hope it helps.
Use a plain empty plastic bottle of water.
Cut a hole on the top of the cap. Usually I use a nail then hollow it out with needle nose plyers or scissors. Then get a socket I usually use 1/4 But this is a 7/32.
Then cut a small hole near the bottom. I use a straw so its easier to see where i'm lighting and Its easier to put you're lips around than the bottle.
Next cut a carb on the top side.
Then insert some weed and watch the smoke fill the bottle up.
