Bagseed grown under 2 75w CFL's. Plants have been doing great for a first time experiment but one of the plants seems to be headed south. I've been using a 20-20-20 mixture once a week. i switched to plain water a week and a half ago and havent seen much improvement except in the very top of the plant. I switched to a 12/12 cycle about 3 days ago. Any suggestions? Should I flush the plant?

Yeah flush immediately and then start back up with nutes, maybe 1/3 strength. She doesn't look happy, but you have time to recover. Just flush with 3X your pot size... 9 gallons for a 3 gallon pot etc. Also maybe consider using ClearX, it will help get all the salt build up out of there. Last thing, grab those dead leaves in the pot... you shouldn't leave dead stuff laying around your plants as they are more suseptable to mold. Best of luck

Thanks for the advice. I made my first trip to the local hydro store yesterday and picked up some essentials. Soil testers, proper nutrients amd some flora-kleen. I performed the flush and noticed the water was a similar color to the powder ferts I had been using. I flushed till the water was clear, using the flora kleen. I trimmed most of the dead leaves off and the plant seems to have perked up a bit. My concern now is that my PH level is in the low 6's. Should I try to change the ph level?

I also added 2 new 100w CFL's on top f the plant and moved the 75w lights to the bottom. Are there any advantages to having a light facing the underside of the plant?
