This shall be an interesting thread.
It is about nothing in particular.
When you post it has to be directed to a particular person.
Nothing one sided.
I'll start....
Hey Skink, do you think you could hook me up with a cool avatar? I am burnt out on this one big time. Something trippy, peaceful and also stoney:cool:
Just a side note: Just smoked a nice bowl of light green danky ass weed. I tried to take a picture but it didn't come out clear. I don't know what the hell is wrong with my camera.

I'll add one in here, too, and although I have a plumbing question I'd like to ask Skink, I can do that later.
I'll direct my conversation toward Billionfold and ask him how his granddad is doing. We haven't heard any updates in the last few days or, if there's been one, I've missed it.
As a side note, I can't report that I smoked a nice bowl of anything this evening. But I did just notice that my orange cat, who went out for his nighttime prowl around the neighborhood, smells heavily of wood smoke. So I guess he visited someplace where someone was burning a fireplace. Or else he had a barbecue I wasn't invited to!

It's funny man...always drank Bud Light in HS. Then started with the Bud Heavy for like a year straight every single time. Then I realized I got a little sick of it and wanted to switch it up. My whole family drinks Miller Lite..and I always use to clown them...until I started really enjoying it LOL. So then for a the beginning part of last year....Miller Lite. Since the summer...I've been switching it up all the time (I learned from getting sick of Bud)..I love it. I drink Coors Light, Miller Lite, Bud Light and Bud heavy and Corona...depends on what everyone feels like. We were doing the High Life thing over the summer too (got sick of it after like a month of it). But, my favorite beer might be Heinekan. I love it...when I think of it..I think of what beer should taste like. I've had a bunch of other stuff obviously...but not more than once or a few times.
(I dunno if what I'm suppose to do now..ask back or someone else?)
So..what's your choice of beer Hock lol?
Oh yeah...and why hell haven't you seen Friday my friend ? haha..

This is to Birdgirl,
I talked to my mom today and I was talking to her and asked her about her bowel movements and she told me it had been 12 days since she has had one. I was alarmed quite a bit. I asked if she was taking anything for it and she was kind of vague, I know she has Miralax there and I told he that she was prbably compacted and that she would probably need an enema and doctor care. I told her she should go to the hospital. Cause it was already late today. I called the hospital there but nobody is allowed to give any kind of information on whether you should go or not. I am now in Cali and she is in Ohio. What do you think she should do. My dad is willing to give the enema, but I don't think it would be safe for him to do it. Being inexperienced and all. I know mineral oil helps too.

Yikes, that's a bad deal. I'm not sure what the answer is, hun. I'd agree with the recommendation to get her to the hospital or her doctor. Regular folks like your dad can give enemas, but if she's lost so much muscle tone that she's impacted, she's likely going to have a hard time holding the enema liquid in till someone can get her to a potty. In other words, there'll probably be a fairly significant mess. Nurses are accustomed to that and can prepare for or prevent that situation better than dads can. Mineral oil can indeed help, and they also sell glycerin suppositories at the drug store that can help, too, and are easier to administer at home than an enema. My sister had that same problem toward the end of her cancer, and my grandmother who had Parkinson's had it, too. Hope they can find a solution!

Yep, exactly, and also loss of muscle tone in the bowel from the ALS disease itself, which slows down peristalsis.

You went up a rung in my book. Miller Light is horrid. I am sure you hate the sour aftertaste like i do. Coors light does it up right, nice and smooth and drink that bitch down. Of course I am sure you have learned that dos equis is a much better mexican beer than corona, though corona is good, its not dos equis.
Lots of people think "Omg, youre such a pussy! You drink that coors light, its like Water! I drink <insert non-light beer>. Its got more alcohol."
Then I say:
"Alright bitch, grab a coors light, we are gonna drink 18 of these silver bullets tonight"
Response is usually "18?!"
Real drinkers don't fuck around.

Even though you may not like the taste of Miller...It does have more of a 'volume' than Coors or Bud Lights. I think it's more of an aquired taste (I use to hate it). It's not a bad thing that those two seem like half water...go easily down the tubes. I'm not going to say anymore than that because I like Coors as well...been drinking it lately. And there's only 0.8% difference in most light to heavy beers. So I'm with you on your conversation lol. Ice's have more...but what's the point...nasty.

except for ice house! as far as the 'i-want-to-get-fucked-up-fast-and-cheep' drinking goes. you can't beat ice house, keystone ice, railbenders, and the mother and father of shitty strong beer, hurricane and steel reserve both are like 8%
i was at a bare in erie one time with my buds, i had been drinking budweiser all night ( i was on a budweiser kick for years) anyways, we were getting ready to leave and someone handed me a miller lite draft, well i chugged the fucker and the next thing you know my mouth is watering and i know that its coming back up. this was kind of like a dance place/bar so there wasn't anywhere i could go to puke without being seen. so what did i do? ninja puked into two draft cups :D stupid miller make me puke! but i didnt spill any and no one noticed that i had puked. speaking of which that reminds me of another story
my buddy dans brother had come up with a few friends of his, we were going to a skynyrd concert in the morning. the Flyers had lost to the lightning in game seven of the conference finals, so needless to say i was singing the blues. anyways we were drinking one of the mamoth bottles of jager. well we finished the bottle and i passed out right were i was sitting. next morning i wake up thinkin what the hell happened. anyways i look on the coffee table in front of me and there is this red solo party cup filled to the brim , and i mean to the very top full of nasty black jager puke, yech. apparently i somehow managed to puke into this cup without spilling a drop anywhere, i was amazed.

Oh if I am offered a Miller light, I'll definately accept and enjoy it. I know what you mean about the aquired taste. Every year we have Chilifest, lots of music and chili and drunk college kids. It is sponsered by Miller Light so thats all you can buy. Many cases, baby. Ice chests on wheels. Its a big 3 day drunkfest. I remember it was like 3pm, during a concert...about 90 degrees...everyone is wet and soaked, we had plenty of beer. I was really toasted and I recall chugging an ice cold beer and thinking "God damn, Miller light is the best tasting beer ever".
But I won't buy it if I don't have to.

if you like corona, try dos equis. after drinking that corono tastes like poo.
yeah and those stupid man-laws that say you can't put fruit in your beer. FUCK THAT. lime in dos equis is what makes the world go round.

Haha...my friend's dad put a vending machine (yes you heard right)...in their house when we were like 16-17. He filled one of the things with Ice House. So if we couldn't get a run...Ice House it was! I can't stand Natty or Keystone...sorry.
And as far as Steelies and Olde E..stuff like that...I call that shit malt liquor. If you don't have much money..get some change and get one or two of those for a little buzzage. Things can get nasty with too many of those though..
Yeah...so we definitely high-jacked this shit...sorry geonagual. (well it is a convo I guess lol)
Shit you gotta put lime in Coronas for sure. I usually switch off...one with...one without.

I'm looking at the Don Equis Amber right now. Says it's classified as a lager? Is that the kind you get..Amber or is that the only kind? And you can get it everywhere.
Edit: I see 'Especial' as well...so what's the low down.

get the green box.
Red box is amber. (its fine, but not what i think of when i say dos equis.)
Also, down here in texas, we drink Shiner Bock, Zeigenbock. Its a great tasty dark beer. Check em out. Shiner has a yellow box. Ziegenbock is a black green case. They are a must have.

haha I read back. Natty light is the "cadillac of beers". I have drank keystone more than any other beer. I can get a keg for 45.00. 9.99 for a 30 pack on game days. You just can't beat that.
Keystone is damn near identical to coors light, only its hit and miss. After thousands of keystones, I can honestly say that there are skunk batches. Certain stores I don't buy from. (I buy if they have a beer cave). It can either be smooth and clear like coors, or it will be bitter and taste like aluminum. Believe it or not, they sell keystone in a bottle, and its good. I haven't seen a keystone bottle in years though.
If i bought a high priced beer, i couldn't afford to drink. Matter of fact im gonna go down to the store right now and purchase me a beer.

its the "professionals choice"
