I may get tested tomorrow. I have been diluting for the past day or so. Then I went to the sauna for a couple hours. If I drink a little alcohol tonight, will it screw up my dilution? Beer makes me piss a lot, so shouldn't that help? I've been told two different things, and thought I'd see what you guys thought.

alcohol is a diuretic, it makes you piss more so than if you weren't drinking it. so drink more water than you would've have. For instance, drink an ounce of water for every ounce of alcohol you drink in addition to your normal water intake.:cool:
