In great testimony to why I should not be a father...

... I burnt my seedlings on their second day out of the rockwool, temp got nearly up to 90F. They have stopped growing with no noticeable change in the last two days. The temp has been brought down and is holding at 80F but I'm having a hard time getting it lower. It is under a 125w cfl.

Is there anything I can do to help them recover?

Thanks,
Stingah

If the cubes were dried out, the tap root is dead and they will not live. Start up again and learn from your mistakes...

The cubes never really dried, they were in domes with a few breaks for fresh air. How long should I wait before declaring them officially dead?

well you could have just shocked your plant causing a temporary growth stunt. I would give it 3 more days, you don't want to kill your plant if it's still alive.

if you can, put the 125 away for a while, go to lowe's and get a double 48" flourecent fixture and two ge daylight tubes. 20$ +/-, but exellent for veg and completely cool... the plants can touch the bulb and not be burnt.

take themn out of that clear container. that allows the roots to be exposed to light. no good. good luck bro!
