That is how all the pot I smoke is. Except sticky, because I don't keep it moist and it dries out after a while. Use a slice of an apple in your pot bag to re-moisten it.

Wow idk what it was. but i smoked a couple bowls of this stuff yesterday then ate some pizza...I went to bed around 9 and woke up at 1 feeling like shit. i puked a couple times and went back to bed.
