blueberry can be rather fussy. don't worry about mutated leaves, it's rather frequent in this strain. i had no probs with feeding regularly, until flower... some wanted lots more, and some wanted none. they are deffinitely individualistic.

also, to acheive full yeild potential, you have to top blueberry. this is an extremely difficult strain to clone, so be prepared to take many cuttings for a successful mom...

do u mean topped as in cut to make more top colas? thats one of the things i was wondering if blueberry yields more as a single large cola w. several aux colas or to top and make more...i grew last season in Massachusetts, outdoors, with 3 organic white rhinos and got very good results (1lbs from 3 plants). they were bout 6 feet tall w. about 4-6 top colas and trained to about 4 feet. by the way thanks for the info...

Dont know what your temps are like, but mine can get a little chilly sometimes. The Blueberry does not like the cold temps (leaves get red/pink on the edges and slowed growth) whereas some of my other strains seem to flourish with the cold temps. Ive been giving it around 1000ppm of nutes for veg and its about 4 weeks old. Loves it, no burn.

yes, i mean topped for more colas...

as for the temp thing, i intentionally lowered my temps at the end of flower to get the blue/purp in the bud. two phenos showed color change, two did not...

are you guys growing DP's BB or DJ's bb? my temps for veg are about 75-80 degrees in day and 5-10 degrees cooler at night. and KINDPRINCESS have you grown BB as a single cola before and know that it yields better as topped? i kno its fussy about nutes so i dont know if it gets stressed easy

i have, dp... two clones, same mom, same rooting time, same growth rate.

got a little more than an o in the single, little less than a qp with the topped and lst'd monster... no pix, i had these at a friends. she now has her projects and i have my room. i don't have any pictures of anything at her house, she's as paranoid as i am.

i had no probs with feeding until the 5 week of flower. introduced ferts at 4 nodes, 1/4 strength, and worked up to full. fed every other watering. miracle grow all purpose 24-8-16.

thanks alot! since this is my 1st time w. dp bb i think ill top half and the other ill leave single, im growing in 100% organic, made the mixture from a high times mag used by professionals; worm castings, bone meal, blood meal, promix, epsons salts, and when i transplant ill add some vermiculite and some other phos boosting additive.

ok so i have been germinating my dp bb seeds for a lil over a week now...very slow progress. there jus starting to drop there shells but they havent opened up yet. look green n healthy but really slow. should i keep the dirt wet or dry so the taproot will travel down more?
