If we had enough money saved back for a down payment and closing costs I would buy that one and do some cosmetic works and have a garden in the basement.

sounds nice... excwept the basement wouldnt be used for groing plants... ive always wanted my room to be a basement....infact, i would probobly turn the intire down basement into liveing quarters, and rent out the upstairs... i dont know... actualy... i would live in the attic... cause if i have kids... i dont want them inhailing my smoke... and taking a free ride on the good old high bus..

WOW! That is awesome and cheap for 6 acres PLUS a grow room! I love it!
I only have 3 acres and my costs are triple of that place!
Ima saving it to show to my husband! If we sold here and bought there, we'd have bunches of $$$ left over for fun!
I hope you don't mind. I mean if you are serious about the place, I'd gladly back off.

Tootise you have my blessing :D Until we have enough for closing costs and a down payment, which wont be until I am able to find a good job, we just like to shop around and see what all is out there, and what we can get for the price range we are looking for. Prices for houses here isnt very expensive unless you get one on the lake some where. You can really find some steals, especially if it is a foreclosure, and that listing might be one.

I remeber the other night on the news they said that NC had one of the highest percentages of people moving too. I like it down here. You got the city, the country, the mountains, and the beach all in one state.
