Going into public high

Anyone here not like going into public when they're high? I don't like it at all really. The other night I had to go pick up a case of beer at this gas station with a lot of mexicans and I swear to god they were all starring at how high I was and talking in spanish to each other about it. Maybe I was just too high but it still felt really shitty.

And everything is always way more complicated for me lol. For example everyone wanted bud light bottles and I had to take out a case in front of it to get to the bud light and it felt like I had spent 5 minutes standing there haha.

One me and my friends wanted food. I was nominated to go into the store to get it. They told me what they wanted... and in the store i kept on forgetting. I felt like a dick.

I then went to the fridge to get the drinks, all but one wanted a coke.... he wanted a portello.... i spent like 5 minutes staring at the fridge trying to figure out which one it was and i was panicing.... after a while i grabbed a random drink and it was sarspirila.... which is like a dirty yuck liqouriche drink. The kids face was priceless when he took the first sip of it.

Oh yeah and i kept giving the person at the counter the wrong amount of cash. Wrong notes, then wrong change etc.

God i felt stupid, but its funny looking back on all those stories.

lmao I can't believe I forgot, one time I was smoking/drinking with some friends and another friend stopped by to ask if he could take me to the store to get some beer (he's only 20). So I grab a case of bottles and pay for it, as I'm going to walk out it somehow slips out of my hands and breaks 2 of them on the floor and I just stare at it for a sec like "aww shit" and thankfully she let me grab 2 more beers.

Whenver i do this i feel like people are staring at me non stop. I went to buy a movie ticket and i was standing outside of the line waiting. Then this cool guy that seels the tickets let me come and buy them. I think he knew i was high it took me about 1 minute to put my hand in my pocket and get my money. Man, I'm pretty well used to being high in public. Hell, the first 4 or 5 times I ever got high was in a public park with tons of people driving by. Usually people aren't going to know that you're high unless they know you smoke and have seen you high before or if you do something stupid. When you think about it, not many people that don't smoke really know that much about identifying stoners other than stuff like "Oh, look a guy with long hair!" But then again, that could be anyone.

The only really funny story I have is when myself and 3 or 4 freinds got high as shit and went into a grocery store that served food, kinda like a tiny little food court thing. So we're all sitting there eating and one of my friends goes and buys an entire loaf of bread. We didn't care at all becasue we were so high, except for when he was standing in line laughing his ass off yelling at us from way over on the other side of the store saying "Guys! I'm getting a whole loaf! Its gonna be really good! HAHA! Its bread! Guys!" At that point we figured most people would be able to put two and two together and figure we were high so we left.

I like getting stoned and taking my dog for a long walk. I did that this afternoon, we ended up sitting under a tree and watching crop dusters flying over a field. There were people going for walks and saying hi, and cops sitting around in their SUV. Most people don't realize that until you tell someone that you're high (or do something stupid - I laughed at the bread story), nobody will notice. Just play it cool and enjoy the sights and sounds of the world around you.

I spent a solid year of my life being stoned 25/8 and no laypeople ever really noticed. I'd venture into the high school classroom on vicodin and weed all the time without any sort of bother (sometimes people would sincerely ask if anyone else smelled skunk, I'd just not get involved with the conversation). I had a homie I'd blaze with all the time who had long hair. HE would always get called out on it. you know those busters in a classroom.

He'd get this every day. We eventually concluded that the reason the smell was so poignant on him was because his long hair kept it in (he smelled his hair one day, and claimed it smell like a half-pound), whereas I keep a 1' buzz and never had a problem with it.

Once, though, the assistant principal was chasing me through the campus (im talking sprinting here) and I had some plants on me. That was some tense shit I was drugged up as a motherfucker all stoney balogna running around the campus with this fat bastard after me. I managed to get out of it unscathed.

I and everyone else knows of the paranoing feelings produced by cannabis. As if everyone in a given area knows your high, are staring, and talking about it. The facts are that these things just aren't true. Imagine if you never smoked, would you be able to point out a stoner? Also, those who can tell you are high by obvious stoner signs, most likely have blazed themselves, and are either jelous or just don't care. As long as your not "drunk", I don't see anything wrong with being high in public. Being out and about on cannabis is much better sitting at home high, imagining what all your friends are up to. These facts in mind cause my paranoia to disappear.
