growing cannabis with no THC

I was wondering if it is possible to grow cannabis with little or no THC content. I've heard that if you were to harvest late, you would lose THC. Is that true? If so would that mean you can smoke a cannabis bud that would be considered legal? :confused:

Cannabis cultivation, including hemp/industrial varieties with no THC, is still illegal.
It's the plant, not the THC, that is illegal to grow.

hemp cultivation is NOT legal infact the senator if idaho ( or north dakota)i think is asking permission to start a hemp farm. and i think it has to be voted on by a compiite or cabinet of some sort. but ig u grow a cannabis plant with no THC it is still ILLEGAL.

If you want to smoke unpotent pot don't waste good seeds to grow plants with no effectiveness. Instead grow hemp or just go buy some schwagg :D.

Hemp is not illegal here! I went to school for 9 years with a girl whose family grew huge acreages of hemp. It's funny because she would tell us stories about the hidden electric cow fences that they hooked up to 3-4 batteries, because teenagers thought it was weed and would run in and grab plants and take off. There were a few other booby traps they set up, anyways here we can grow all the hemp we want.

That fake bud is made from herbs and catnip....Seriously! I believe that even if you grew a plant and let the THC degrade, there would still be other active chemicals in there, like Stinky said its the plant that is illegal, not just the chemical it contains....... Bree.
