Heya from Chicago Burbs

Hey people,

Just giving you all an intro. I am living out in the West suburbs of Chicago. I just moved out here from Los Angeles. Times have been tough since the move since I am in a new place without many friends:( As a result I haven't been smoking lately. Things will soon change I hope as I meet some new people in my area.

Why did you move? Going without bud sucks big time and I try like hell to avoid being out...now moving to a new state in a big city like Chicago...just a matter of time before you get connected...I know several people who came from the windy city and you can find bud...good luck!:)

Thanks for the reply man and the encouragement. I moved out to Chicago to make use of my Illinois Veterans Grant. I served four years in the Marine Corps and that grant is a benefit that pays for the entire cost of college tuition. The only catch is that you can only use the grant in Illinois. So I had to make a choice. Enjoy the high life in SoCal or get a higher eduacation. I obviously chose the school route.

Yeah I am sure to meet some people when I start school, but I am a bit older than most students (27) so it may be hard to find people more along my age and interests.
