School Drug-testing?

My friend Just asked me to find out the laws of whats happening in his shool which is, they recently had an assembly that the administraitors announced they were going to start random piss-testing the students who attend the school in missouri. This blew my mind because it goes for every student in the school and they have to sign a fuckin permission slip with parent signification to attend school. So if any body has any info on the law of this subject or any information please help. :rastasmoke:

Im pretty sure its legal. Just somehow beat the system. My school knows better than to do drug testing basically because more than 60 percent of the school smokes pot.

the law is on your side.
unfortunately the school is corrupt and exploiting the fears of your parents.
when we have to start peeing ina cup for employment opportunites, or for an education, it is time to overthrow this government.
Our deeds, and not the contents of our pee, shall be the only factor when it comes to deciding if we are good citizens or not.
It seems as though the government wants to beat its own chest around the world praising a constitution that they are destroying here at home. rule of law is a farce.
If i were you? i would just say NO to drug testing. If you dont stand up for your rights, and your parents are willing to be led by fear, then what chance do any of us have of ever being truely free?
