it looks like a bunch of dificiencys on some part and then some over ferting. the red stem looks like some dificiency and those leaves look like overferting.

i grow things under one CFL using compost.. it took you multiple CFLs and a load of shit just to grow a stretched bud... so fuck you :)

My best advice
1) soak them in the bath tub for 20 min
2) flush with 2 timex soil volume with pH'ed water!!!
3) then give them some 1/4 strength ferts

I think you have a pH problem, assuming your using good nutes
