Aright this has never happened before to me and kinda freaked me out a little bit. Well i was chillin in my room and i was pretty baked and all of the sudden i would realize that my mind would be rambling on about shit. Sorta like i was dreaming and my mind was just talking on about random shit in my head. I was playing a video game at the time and did through most of it and would ignore it for a while but every now and then i would realize that it was still goin on rambling about random things in the back of my head. Maby it was just the weed because when i would realize i was doing it then it would stop. But it was very strange. Almost as if it was digging up the past thoughts from years ago. But not deja vu. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yep...you have RBS (Racing Brain Syndrome). It's a form of A.D.D.
And it just so happens that is one of the types of A.D.D. that is being considered for the list of medicinal cannabis uses in CA and Oregon.
I think this is a common 'symptom' of cannabis use dude.

hold on that doesnt make sense at all, it is caused by cannabis but it is being considered to use cannabis to cure it wtf
and how can you make a diagnosis when you dont even know the person your not a doctor or are you?

Same thing happens to me, but i'm bi-polar and I guess it is supossed to go in conjunction with mania. Except it's not always that random and I notice it all the time, really fucking annoying sometimes.

I also have A.D.D and used to experience the exact same thing. Now that you've posted that, not only do I know I'm not alone, but that I wasn't going crazy lol.
Shit that's relieving. It hasn't happened to me in a long time though. The last time it did, and this was when it was at it's peak (only ever while stoned though) was after a particularly bad mushroom trip. Every time I smoked weed for a week or two, I would keep going back to the severity of that trip... but ever since that went away, my RBS has stopped.
Well that's good news.
Peace, :rastasmoke:

This happens to me allll the time. I swear I want a strain that just makes my mind go dumb and blank. I'm tired of thinking all the time xD. I never honestly gave my self the break I know I deserve and I really have been on a "smoking binge" (if that's a real term) for a long time now. I really think marijuana does help to cause schizophrenia..probably not in all users but with people like me I think it does. I already think my dad's side of the family is crazy anyways lool.

I never have been tested for ADD, but I def don't have it. I do tend to narrate whats happening when I'm high in my mind, and often type it. I also tend to be a little OCD. for example tonight: I am a one hit wonder and took 5 hits of some KB.
This is what I typed:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
was in the shower, realized how high i was. It was trippy again, haha, yes.... anyway, i was manipulating my mind into different perspectives, along with random visuals drawn from my subconscious.
i thin realized i had my tooth fixed, noticed the pain was gone, and got stoked that i have a full tooth, It is a good feeling.
i am high, and typing, hehe, i am defiantly hallucinating, sucks that i got bed in 30. *darn face*, hahah, nice.
styles hair, types about styling hair, types about typing about styling hair, and so on. duh.
scratch ear, types about ... fuck that. haha, yeah.
ok no more typytpytptyptyptyptytptyptyptytpytptyptytptyptyptp ytptypey.

I am way fucking high, and my mind is crazy. Earlier today I thought I was psychic because I was watching a movie just out of a package and thought that I had seen it before, it was some absurd movie out of a 1$ bin, there was no way i could have seen it before. I completely knew all the parts of the movie, somehow what I saw, I thought was something that I had envisioned, experienced, or dreamed before. I then thought that I was psychic, and that everything I thought about could effect the future, like I thought that I would know exactly what was going to happen in the next 30 minutes.
That is some crazy shit eh?

I was diagnosed with adult ADD. My doctor prescribed Strattera. I took that shit for a week and said Hells NO. Didn't like the side effects and I started researching and finding that some people were having a hell of a time with this 'non-stimulant' drug. HAHAHAHA LOL! The drug companies have lobbied enough to start lying to the public. It is a stimulant and I could feel this one-sized-fits-all drug. It kinda felt like I was stoned. I know this approach is good for some folks, but it wasn't for me. I looked into alternatives and found some good resources.
I am very happy with how I've felt since starting a supplement regimen. I mean, I wasn't looking for a pill to fix me. I made life-style and diet adjustments and have made an effort to re-focus. Taking these natural supplements consistently, just like one would need to do with meds, is key. My current supplemental diet is, more or less - and I'm not a freak about all of these everyday:
Omega-3 fish oils (or Flax Seed)
5-htp
Multi-vitamin
B-Vitamin complex
Vitamin E (helps your brain use the Omega-3 fatty acids
L-Tyrosine (an amino acid)
acidophilus (I get mine in a daily yogurt)
grape seed extract
Ginkgo Biloba (sometimes...what the heck)
co-enzyme Q10
extra zinc and magnesium
blue-green algae for amino acids
and there is some science research suggesting that cannabis can aid with some symptoms of ADD...

hey 420 izzle, Great post ! I am on a somewhat similiar supplement regimn for ADD/(all the other darling side effects that come with it). I have read great things about co-enzyme Q10 and would like to start taking it but man talk about $$. I was not aware Vitamin E helped with using the omega 3's thanks for the tip! Also check out Sam-e sometime. Great for mood, attention etc. I use it personally. Have a good one :)

Right on Realgood! Yeah...that co-enzyme Q10 is pricey. The cheapest I've found is 25$ for a bottle of 50. Still too much for me, usually.
I feel great
