Nute question

I have some plain jane Miracle Grow and it's 15-30-15. Can I use this during veg or flowering?? Can I use it for both? I am organically growing the plants. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i have used miracle grow an i find its much more better for vegging!!...when flowering the pant you really need some flowering kind of nutes to help produce some nice fat buds.. the easiest flowering nute to get is orchid bloom...which you can get at almost any garden centre..happy growing
