So what is that site? Is it a place where you post a picture and others tell you whether you're hot or not? Or does the system itself make the determination? I'm not going to register on there and can't get in. But I'm still curious how the determination works. I'm not sure anyone should put much faith in what a bunch of complete strangers say based on a single picture, if that's how that works.

The way the site works is you post a picture of you (a non-member can post up to three), pick the picture you want rated, and then other members who choose the option to 'rate other members' will be given random images of members and their pictures which they then choose between a 1 - 10. The site then gives you your average rating and also formulates based on a percentage how you rate compared to others.

It isnt 100% scientific, you can give a link to friends and family to go directly to your picture to rate you, and there is nothing stopping people from giving you a low score 'just because'.

When I look at the pics I just put my pointer on 5 and keep clicking,,,once you click another person shows... I would not give to much valitity to the site at all... I changed my pic so I start a new rating,,,I will see what I ge this time...

BG we have the option to meet the people via message thru their system,,,sort of online dating...

i had one up, it doesnt make sense though, i had something like 7.9 but then when you see a bar chart with the amount of votes for each number most where below 5, so it didnt seem accurate :mad:

Well, after 150 votes my pic got a 8.0. I suppose that is good but I've seen pics of plenty of men I thought had way over-inflated ratings... Many of those 9.0 + guys were certainly less attractive then the pic I posted (though some were more).

I dunno, it seems like for guys if you post a pic of yourself with a 'cute' kid smiling you get like a mandatory 9.0 + rating... Or if you have a decent body and go shirtless (even if your face is only so-so)... I'm more of a face person though preferring to 'judge' other's attractiveness 65% on the facial symmetry and 35% on the body...

I wont go for a fat chick even if she has a pretty face but if she has a pretty face and atleast a decent body I'll go for it 100% of the time.


If any girls are reading this, what physical criteria do you base 'attractiveness on'. Would you go for a guy with a great body but a 'average' face or would you sooner go for a guy with a good looking face and atleast an average body?
