Just thinking that kinda situation would need a little comic relief. A cop stopped me while I was wlking to the store late at night. I asked if I was speeding. He had a good laugh before he made me put my hands of his car while he searched me.

yeah cops are great aren't they!!!!!!!! i am still on probation from getting caught with a 1/2 gram 10 months ago while on my lunch break from work. those cops were laughing as well. it always amazes me how they think it's funny to try to ruin your life. ....karma!

i live on the east coast where it can be very intolerant even for a 1st offence like mine. i do have past felony charges from when i was younger/stupider many years ago but it was my 1st possession of mj charge that got me 1 year probation and about $250 in court costs. when i lived in bellingham, washinton about 10 years ago the police didn't even arrest you or even write a ticket if you had uder an oz! it is a sin as far as i am concerned to waste money on arresting people for personal use mj when the money could be spent to help starving children in the us or children dying of the virus in aferica, etc. the us government has got it's priorities really messed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Cops where I live tend to let you go for such little amounts. I assume they take it and do not file a report.

i 100%ly repect the police its a job i dont feel i could do as far as if they are " out to get you" i mean i look up and down streets and can point out drug dealers and hookers and so on so hopefully they can to .. if you look like one dont be surprised by harassment but then again i guess i think pot should be legal to a extent as well

On the east coast i can say this, Most people get busted for small amounts so that they can plea into ratting people out, its the cops way of getting to the big man, but in most cases people dont rat out others so it really doesnt work. In towns where they know there is trafficing they will arrest you for peddy amounts just to get some information, if u intend on ratting any one out for personal reasons tell them that before they get to the point where ur in handcuffs.
I still dont realize how people get caught.... i mean cmon we can beat the system,
