Skink is one of our former "cafe" members, a type of paid membership that's no longer available. That special membership gives him the ability to customize his user title under his name, and so he does a version of "Banned" under there as a joke. (Look closely and you'll see it's not a normal B.) We get this question at least once every few weeks from new members. All is well. Skink is in good standing, as always. He also has the ability to turn his reputation function on and off, which explains that.
