Doob Tube effectiveness?

How well does a doob tube work? You know, dryer sheets inside a toilet paper roll.

I used to smoke in my dorms bathroom which was across from the RA's room, never got caught. Use several sheets and always stop the bud from smoldering.

yeah man they are primo for keepin down the smell i usually put like 5 dry sheets in it with a sheet folded in half duct taped to one end but you gotta change them often cause they get so full of resin its nasty

I'll smoke a bong or a bowl, cap the bowlpiece to catch any smoke coming off of it, then exhale through it.

My family comes home a couple hours later, after a bit of spray if necessary smell is completely gone. Works like a charm.

they work sweet for smoke exiting your mouth, however, the bowl smoke, while a small amount, can cause you problems. try vanilla incense. just burn part of a stick before you smoke, and it will COMPLETELY cover any smell. that scent also has the benefit of not having that "burning" incense smell and just smells like an air freshener.

i got cought cause i didnt change mine enough, and it smelled liek straight weed but i didnt know cause i was high haha

if you are in a tight situation where you wanna get rid of the weed smell as fast as possible, doob tubes are quite effective for that.

Febreeze doesn't work all the way i have tried that many times and still got caught. The best is lots of scented dryer sheets (and do change often) and got some lysol disinfectent spray cause that stuff gets rid of the smell very easily.

you guys only put 5 sheets in???
when i made em i PACKED the tube full. tight enough to where you couldnt blow the sheets out the other end. no tape.
my mom was a freak, she had a nose like a dog. maybe she was just guessing and was always right! lol. but it worked with her 4:5 times. :D
used the same tube and sheets for quite a while, kept it in a baggie day to day.

soooo easy.. just take an empty TP roll... and stuff it with fabric softener sheets.. or whatever they are called.... just take a fat rip, and blow it through the tube

man and to also help just pack the bowl with enof weed for 1 hit and blow thorugh the tube and just keep repeating till your stoned its what i do and it WORKS SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND IF U TAKE 1 HITS U GET ALL THE SMOKE SO NO SMOKE WASTED MEANING ALL THE WEED BEING USED

I use to use a doob tube when i toked in the bathroom, but my mom hasn't bought ne fabric softeners lately, so now i just smoke in there and blow the smoke in the exhaust fan. And spray axe and febreeze.................still never been caught.

Get a one hitter or a proto pipe (cause it has a cap)or a whitsle cap for a metal bowl and make sure you dont let any smoke come out of the bowl after you hit it.Do this by only putting enough stuff in the one hitter for 3/4 of a hit that way your sure to git it all.If using a metal bowl with a cap you just put your thumb over the hole so it goes out.Then slap that shit in your pocket and blow the hit through the dube tube and into the exhaust fan.The next important thing is make sure you have some gum,cinnimon works great.A spray of colonge or body spray also helps but just a little because too much may raise suspicion.If you do all that then your completely good to go for 1 or 2 hits without getting caught for smell.

ive found if you use a bottle with the bottom cut off, and stuff it with a TON of dryer sheets and paper towel sprayed with perfume and other smelly stuff, it can work perfectly. you've gotta use alot of sheets and paper though

The best thing to do about that is to take a bottle cap from a water bottle and use that to cap the bowl. But you have to cap it immediately.
