damn had anyone been to the gym since new years. you cant even fuckin move. all these old out of shape ppl think that 2 weeks in the gym is gonna have them lookin good for the rest of the year. and then they get on the good benches and dont move for hours shit im goin crazy in there:chainsaw:

Yea, I'm one of those dudes, but I was smart and started off with a home gym and I've only been doing a little bit each day so I don't burn out after a week. Give them another two weeks tops and they'll be long gone :D

Yup. I just had my oatmeal and turky bacon breakfast. God turky bacon is not bacon at all. If I hadn't allready bought a pack, I wouldn't bother eating it. Had to choke that shit down.
