I think im starting to smoke dope too much and im starting to ponder "what is this doing too my body" ive been smoking dope like 2 month after my 13th Birthday and now its a few weeks to my 15 th and i'm smoking like every lunchtime then going into school (mostly every 3rd lunch though) and then ill get toatally wasted and normally go to some random party on Saturday, Like last saturday i was totally wasted and i was at some girl's house wi my m8s and i went upstairs had sex with her then fell down the stairs without my trousers on :(

so does anyone know any easy ways of cutting down , i try but......it hardly works.

u perhaps are living a little too fast. ;). If u think u are smoking too much then cut back. You have already been smoking a lot throughout ur puberty years so who knows what has changed. Don't get wasted, cuase that's a waste. U must understand why u smoke marijuana.

......for the body thing....from the many reports i've read on the subject (i went through the same thing except i've been smoking a pack of cigs a day since like 8 or 9) it is less harmful than cigs.... go here (http://policescanner.8m.com/drugs/mar.html) that is short for the most part and to the point....upside....not alot of reading..downside might not answer you question as fully as you need.

things that can cause you to smoke that you may not even realize: being sad, peer pressure, abusive relationships (counterpart/mate or parents and other family), being extremely lonely....there are more but can't think of any right now....any of those fit your situation?

Im in pretty much the same situation as you...as in same times/ages...i just know i love smoking weed and whatever else i do in life i will have to fit weed in somehow because its a lifestyle choice. Thats not to say i wont cut down if the need arises, but i dont think i could stop, unless i really had to ie health wise.

well if ur worried test ur self see how long u can go im 17 and been smokign since 13 everyday and i got worried too that i was harming my self so i did a trial see how long i could go i went about 2 weeks then by choice i decided to have a spliff cos i was sittin in a smoke filled room and fort if im gonna passive smoke i mite as well light up.

just test ur self no 1 is physically addicted to weed think of it this way 1 spliff = 3 fags i dont know many ppl who smoke 20 spliffs a day but i know many people who smoke 20 and even 40 fags a day, rememebr if smoking not fun then dont do it, give it a brake make it a special thing, stoned is a state of mind i always have fun and never regret shit and ima marry my maryjane.
