Smoking around your crops?

I was thinking about this today (:smokin:), all you closet growers and cabnet owners this one is for you. . .

Is it o.k. to smoke around your plants? I know it is really dangerous to plants if you have fag smoke anywhere near them, but what of the greens? This might be a stupid question but I would like to know?

This applies to all grows! In or outdoors! You need not to smoke around the plants period............... The stomata of plant are affected after long periods of exposure to smoke,emissions from cars etc....... I plant outdoors as far in the boondocks as possible!! Seems the air is fresher out there than close to civilization! Plus,it's alot more pleasant! Just to be there.Peaceful,too! Not to mention,the safety of your crop!Happy plants,make for happy buds!Which in turn make you happy!:)

Ok I'm not the arguing type so I'm not going to really respond, In NorCal its mostly the old-timers that are dicks, and if you every came down here I would smoke you out with some shit that would make you shit yourself. I have had some nice buds at a party in Santa Cruz but it's not much compared to the greens I see on the daily.

Is possession not illegal where you are from? Growing, imo, is the best way to avoid confrontations with enforcement that you do not want to tangle with. If you buy from someone and get caught, they will lean on you until you are forced to give up your source. Not from my personal experience but I have known some people who cannot take the pressure of the law bearing down.

Very true, don't we all have ventilation in our rooms anyway? I smoke around mine too to no ill effect (many grows in fact).
