The main point of what I had written but deleted was that some posts from some users makes our community look bad. Not this website, but smokers in general.

Think of a parent coming on here to try and understand what their children are using and than they see a post about destroying someones property and running from the cops. It wouldn't make them very comfortable knowing their kids are using cannabis.

Granted though, a lot of parents wouldn't bother to research and would just ground the kid and make him feel like he is a horrible person, but that is beside the point. I'm sure there are a good handful that would.

Some of you guys are such stuck up assholes. I admit. I'm 16 years old. I have a 16 year old mind. I try my best to be mature on the boards, and for the most part I am. The cannabis community is not just for adults. To me, I look at you all as equals. Age doesn't effect my opinion of any of you. Your attitude does. I could care less if you're a 50 year old, if you act like a dumbass you'll get treated like one. Same goes for the immature minors. Sometimes I do immature things, like post nonsense posts or be a smartass. That's just who I am. I don't think I do it often enough to piss anyone off, and if I do I'd hope they'd tell me so I can stop. The quality of this site depends on everyone who contributes. You can't sit in one corner and say,
"Damned minors are ruining this site."
What good does that do for the community? It starts fights. You have to accept that some people are level, and some people are idiots. This post of mine probably won't even make a difference in your views. I'm not going to tip-toe around the site afraid to speak my mind just because some 40 year old surfing the net thinks it's immature.

All I was trying to say is that it annoys me when people use age as an excuse. At 16 someone should have enough sense not to do some of the things I see bragged about on these boards. I'm not saying it is only teenagers, I'm sure a lot of the posts I'm thinking of come from 20somethings as well.

My point is, don't be afraid to speak your mind. I honestly think you may be smarter and more mature than myself, so no age doesn't matter and I don't mean to come off as an elitest based soley on age. The original intent of this post was not to bash teenagers.

Cmon P4B, I know that you remember the site before you were a moderator. People could speak FREELY. I mean, you would get flamed and all, but you could speak your mind without having a moderator monitoring you at all times. And then they added, what was it, like 4 moderators in the last 8 months, and it has become alot stricter. I might have exaggerated with the power hungry, but I have seen mods at this site sometimes abuse their power with regard to a personal spat with a member. Thats not using it right bro.

I don't disagree with any of the bannings, and like all of the moderators, but a couple of them do not understand the mindset of the seasoned marijuana (I prefer that word to "cannabis") user - and will not be able to unless they use it a lot more themselves.
