fuck yes! GEt your dog high before you give it back! It really is a cute dog and you probally cared for it so I think you should maybe let it eat some of your buds, or some hash!

Sorry bout that but there is nothing you could really do to change the dog... The dog is a danger to any child or person... Don't blame yourself as you and your family tried to give the dog a home...
for peeps that don't understand what feral is...

Why did you have a feral dog in the first place??

That sucks man. It's a pitbull right?
Maybe go to the pound and get yourself another dog that's not a pit mix?

man, such a beautiful dog too.... was she violent/viscious.... or did she basicly just have the attitude of 'i'm going to do what i want whether you like it or not'? and how are they so much harder to train than other dogs? is it like because they grew up taking care of themselves from puppy-hood... or is there just some natural instinct that occurs in the population of them? (basicly even if you got a feral dog as a puppy, would it still be that way, or would you be able to train it)?

I've heard that pits are hard to train because you have to continually show them that you are dominant. Definitely not for the faint of heart. I can't imagine how hard it would be to try train a feral dog.

sorry to hear that, that's fucked up dude. why'd you pick up a dog too big for your house in the first place? i could never give up my dog, i'd move.
:( i feel for you man!
PS. Next time give your dog to the Humane Society, they hold on to the dog longer before they put it to sleep. They'll try to find a new home for it. My wife's coworker volunteers for the humane society and always takes in pitbulls people can't keep.

Why did it chew the walls,,,Was it trying to get out???
there are two types of dogs inside and outside,,,no dog I ever knew got acustom to both... I inside dog usually keeps barking to com in and the outside dog trys to get out...
When a dog grows from a puppy neglected they need very special one on one training to be able to coexist with humans... the dog has to start to trust one person only before it can trust people,,,to many people is just to much to handle for him... I'm suprised the pound even gave the dog a shot...
if you can get it back you need to keep it outside and be the only contact for quite a while to have any chance with this dog...

I posted a link in my previous post,,,lots of info there... Feral is basically a animal that has grown in the wild with no human contact...

Dogs are loyal creatures. They'll always remember who fed, walked them.
