Does temperature affect weed?

Will my weed get bad if I leave it out in my car and its cold here cuz its winter, usually like freezing or a little above, sometimes below freezing too. And also, will heat affect it too, like in the summer?

It's cool to keep it in a cool place, just make sure you don't keep it in a real warm warm hot place for too long.
