my rep not working

My rep doesn't seem to be working. To my understanding to see it, I would click User CP and then scroll down. It's nowhere to be found. I've used other forums with the same message board software and w/e so I'm pretty sure I understand how it should work here.

User CP........go to "Edit Options" then its the second box under "Login & Privacy". This allows you to enable your rep system. Looks like it's already enabled though.
