Problem Seed Suppliers..

Hi everyone, just asking for a little advice really. We live in Cheshire, we bought some seeds just before xmas from a shop in the NW. We bought 10 x Skunk #1, 10 x Lowryder 2 and 10 x Northern Lights. Well we did the paper towel method, all the Skunk #1 germinated, only 4 Lowryder and none of the Nothern Lights came up, actually in towels for 2 weeks, but nothing. The thing is we spent £80 on the seeds, kinda really expecting all the seeds to germinate. So we get on the phone to the shop , the guy was very arrogant and hostile on the phone , his attitude was like "what do u want me to do about it ?, i don't give refunds or swap for more seeds' which has made us wanna go ounch him but know we can't do that!
What do you guys suggest we do about the shop ?

l really dont think its the seedbank at fault as we have had thier seeds before and they were ok, growing in our room now. i think its the way the guy is storing them in the shop and he just doesnt give a toss basically, we complained to the seedbank where he gets them from and they are replacing them free of charge, its just his attitude that has pissed us off, they are from seedsmans.

yeah we had seeds off them before from another shop and they fine and the ones we have growing now upstairs are great, its just the ones we got from this shop, thats why i think its the way the shop owner is storing them, anyway seedsman are sending me a pack of northern and a pack of lowryder to make up for the crap packets we got from the shop.

That sounds like the Seedsman I know :) Tom is a good chap if he's still running the show.

Good luck with the new seeds, my Lowryder 2 were a great smoke but be warned they reek compared with Lowryder 1 :)

got our seeds today and... the packet was empty !!
called him up and he sending another packet out, the 3 #2's we got growing now are starting to smell rather lovely !
