C99 and NL seeds

I' m wondering where the best, cheapest, and safest way to get C99 and NL seeds to the USA. I know of some websites but I'm not sure if they are trustworthy or risky to be sent into the US. Any answers would help.

They don't have C99 but ordering seeds in canada is almost a NO-NO but if you like risks its ok, I have but I wouldn't recommend it. Ordering from cannabis seeds , quick and fast delivery (http://www.drchronic.com) is the best in the UK, but he gets lots of orders confiscated and don't use Gypsy Nirvana anything he is a Narc, cheat also I would avoid the UK because they require a sender address which makes for not a good time.

growshopalien.com/onlineshop is probably your best bet, but they make you sign for your package so planetskunk.com is the "Best on the net"
