Northern Lights x Blue Berry

I didn't think these plants would come out so awesome. I definately need to clone to keep the strain. Should I trim a bud now, they are 4 weeks into flower already...and I have read its not a good time, but rather to harvest carefully and regenerate under veg time, then I can clone.

So yeah, I know how to clone, but when should I do it? I can envision a closet full of these babies.

yo brah sup? i cant really tell u much about tha cloning except i think u should clone as soon as u determined sex-jus take tha best, healthiest one...but i could b wrong...but i can def tell u about that strain! of all the diff strains that ive had, NL x BB is def my fav hands down... i havent had all tha diff strains(dont think ne1 has..way too many) mainly jus tha most common...(nl, nl#5, bb, sweet tooth, white rhino/widow etc....) i got tha seeds out a bag i got coupke yrs ago...a friend of my boy his dad been growin for like decades so i know wha it can do when grown under optimal conditions. i only had 2 40 floros for the most part, then added another 2 40w floros towards tha end....and ull b very pleased wit the end result, i was and under those weak cond. bout 8-9 flowering to harvest, very dense buds, great strong smell, great tropical taste, very potent high. it was only my 1st grow, and i so wanted to clone em but couldnt get the cutting to root :( but gl wit it hope u have ur sea of green ----ull love it....love to c more pics closer to harvest n harvest pics....Pzz

Alot of people don't think there are alot of 'true' blueberrys, but damn this plant smells like blueberrys i can't believe it. I think I'll harvest carefully and throw it back into veg....see what happens.

I will have better pics....keep a watch on the board about 3 weeks from now i'll have them harvested already.

But yeah, I still need some solid advice....how do I go about cloning a plant that is in flower with full buds and everything. Im guessing harvest carefully and give it some good fert and water and put it back in the veg closet?

You cannot clone the plant once it has began flowering. The flowering hormones will not allow a cutting to revert back to veg..:greenthumb:

Or something exactly like that..^^

But really, believe it or not, everything that I know about growing marijuana has been acquired through the use of these boards. :) :stoned:
