www.gomusic.ru

not a omnthly fee but a per album or per song, just like itunes. same quality, same if not more selection, really id say more, at about 10% of the total cost. i got about 30 cds worth of music for right around fifty dollars. most songs are 15 cents, there is a discount if you buy the full cd sometimes, a cd will be around 150 or two dollars, never over three unless it just came out. and unlike with p2p there isnt spywayre to worry about

limewire gave me a virus. gomusic.ru is if you dont want to hassle with the shit, the songs download instantly and it is guarenteed to work every time whenever you want. i still have limewire though cause i was able to get pro for free, really both are useful but a lot of times i cant get what i want on it

theres a few more links besides those....

www.forumw.org

and your best to get a rapidshare.com account, it's pretty cheap
www.rapidshare.com

u can find almost anything, programs (usually with cracks), movies, games, music and books and stuff, lots of shit hehe, and no adwares or spywares or anything :)

if you dont mind paying a tiny bit for the safety of it being legal, go to www.allofmp3.com

i have been using it for a long time, its awesome. prices are $ .02 per megabye....so each song is like 8 cents. which makes each album a little more then a dollar, depending on the size of the album. its completely legal, and it kicks ass.

I like allofmp3.com.
Albums are organised, easy to download and cheap! Like a buck or two per album and no hassles!

BEATPORT is the best site around for downloading electronic music. Some of the songs are kinda expensive though.

If you like underground and independent artists, E-music, it's 14.95 a month for 100 downloads.

Otherwise, use soulseek, it's free, and haven't gotten one bit of a virus or spyware.

another thing I like about allofmp3.com is that, as a member - and there are no monthly fees or any of that - you can listen to anything...thousands upon thousands of albums available to listen to for free!

The only P2P network I use now for everything is torrents. Mininova.org is my fav place to get them. I used to use irc back in the day and could find anything on dalnet.
