Buds hitting the ceiling... what to do?

I woke the ladies this morning, and 3 buds have bapped into the mylared "ceiling" of the space they're in. More will prolly follow. Raising lights further is not really an option. It'll be 3 weeks bud come Wednesday. So a couple questions.

1) Is it ok for buds to bloom pressed against the "ceiling"?

2) If it is ok for buds to form like that, what specific kinds of things should I be watching out for?

3) 3rd week of bud is generally too late for major LST, but can minor LST still be done?

lst them quite a lot m8, tie them down as much as ya can ,
if you pinch the branches so that they bend easier that will only prolong the growing by about a week so dont worry too much
if it needs to be done then it needs to be done
your be suprised at how much abuse cannabis plants can actually take

Not ok for the buds to be growing "pressed against the ceiling". Do whatever you have to do to get them off.....lst absolutely.

I didn't want to LST any more. I like how they're poofing. So... fuggit. I raised the lights. :mad: It's CFL; I don't like stretching my light like that. I'm prolly going to end up rigging yet another sidelight.
