Which light cycle for my grow :)

Easy question and I need suggestions.

I have a small grow "1st timer grow" planned and I'm trying to determine which veg light cycle to go with. I'm gonig to be using bagseed FYI and I'm still trying to decide which light source though I'm leaning towards HPS.

Would anyone mind sharing the benefits of one or each? :D Thanks in advance.

What I did to decide, I asked myself am I 'reaching' for light...ie meaning do I feel I need more light? my answer was yes, since I am using floros...so i used 24/0..but if I felt I had enough, I would have used a rest period.....nothing to back that up, just research and from asking questions...B

..I agree with Bree1978...it's growers choice...I prefer 24/0....

..whatever suits you best....enjoy...:)...
