I know we have a recipe section, but it says "Cooking With Cannabis" as the topic. These recipes aren't using weed to cook, but rather cooking things to eat after the weed has done its work. Munchie food ppl, not like 5 course meals. Gotta be fairly quick, easy, and stonerish :stoned:

Splifted's Dorito Nachos:
Cool Ranch Doritos
Shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp ftw!)

Spread doritos on a plate, cover w/ cheese, nuke. When melted, grub down.

And for anyone that likes that cheddar popcorn, you should try pouring parmesan cheese into your freshly popped popcorn and shaking it. Parmesan cheese rules, cause its kinda salty and perfect for popcorn. Parmesan > cheddar.

*Mods please don't move this, this is a lounge thread fo sho :jointsmile: *

There's a deep-fried oreos recipe in the recipes section here (and sorry Splifted, it's a non-weed-related recipe in the recipe section, but it still makes more sense for you to post this topic here in the lounge, in my opinion). If I had to pick a favorite recipe, I'd pick that one.

Some people think this is gross but here it goes:

Dominos pizza with chilly cheese cancaso as a dip. Dominos pizza obviously you just order... As far as the chilly cheese cancaso this is how I make mine:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
One can of Chilly WITHOUT beans
One can of Rotel
Slice of cream cheese
Mexican cheese
Habanero sauce
salt and red pepper
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Basically put the chilly and rotel into a pot and mix. Then cut up the cream cheese and put the slices in the pot. Cook the chilly on a high heat until the sides first start to bubble... Then stir and turn down the heat to a medium. Cook for about 10 mins while stirring to keep the chilly from burning on the sides and bottom.

When done, put in some salt, red pepper, and habanero sauce and stir well. Then add in the Mexican cheese and stir well.

Wola, you got a spicey as hell dip. Now you can either dip your pizza right into it OR you can eat the pizza normally and dip your crust or bread sticks into it.

This recipe goes will with ganja and your favorite beverage (for me either beer or Sprite depending on if I'm craving sugar or alcohol).

I will warn anyone here who cant handle spicy food NOT to add the habanero or red peppers though... If you're a pussy and cant handle it just omit those two ingredients ;)

You can also sub the pizza for chips or crackers and dip those in. It's REALLY fucking good and high in protein.

i seen my friend make this and it was kinda good

bake one potatoe in the microwave
dump a can of chili beans on top
and put some grated cheese and a lil ketchup
all in a big bowl and with a fork
just smash and mix everything till it turns into a paste

then put that paste on bread and eat it

he calls it "slop"

he also made some tostadas with beans and tuna
it sounded sick but was quite good [with tapatio]

tyhis thread belongs in the lounge, i rarely venture out of this forum.
my mommas recipe for 'faux cheesecake bites':
you need: graham crackers, cream cheese, and any type of jelly you prefer. i like straberry.
take a square of graham cracker, spread on a generous lump of cream cheese and top with a dollup of jelly. taste like a cheesecake. YUM

like the first recipe, but with tortilla chips.. none of that freshly shredded block cheddar crap tho, the kraft kind that comes in a baggy... i call 'em lazy man nachos...

-chili-
1 can jalapeno pinto beans
1 can jalapeno navy beans
1 can ranch style beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 lb hamburger meat
1 package lawry's chili seasoning (you'll find it by all the meat loaf/taco seasonings)

brown meat, pour on the seasoning and mix, so that the meat is nicely covered... then dump in all the cans of stuff... add 1 can of water, stir til nicely mixed, simmer for 30 minutes... to 'kick it up a notch' add a couple of sprinkles of cayanne pepper (or red pepper for something a bit less hot)

-sour cream and onion dip-
1 tub (it's not the smallest, but not the biggest either, i think it's a 16 oz tub but not completley sure, it's just a medium sized one) sour cream
1 package of lipton's onion soup mix (comes in a box of two, wife says it's usually by all the soups and soup stuff (cup of noodles, ramen noodles ect)
your prefrence of chips, usually tortilla, but peppercorn ranch chips go best with it

mix in the package of soup mix into the sour cream, use a butter knife to stir (it helps trust me) til nicely mixed... dip chip in and eat... simple lol..

-cheese dip-
1 can (small) of rotel with diced chilies
1 lb. of velveta (has to be velveta) cheese

cut cheese into 1 inch squares, put in sauce pan, pour in rotel, turn burner on medium-low stir constantly (even when the cheese hasn't even started melting, just keep moving it around) it's done when you can pick up a spoonful and you see no more 'lumps' use your favorite chips to dip with, tortilla goes best with it.. but dorito's ranch also go stunningly well with it... this shit is addictive as hell... also to minimize burning/cheese crustation you can use a double boiler, and infact that's how i learned to make it.. but with low heat and constant stirring, it's alot easier and quicker to use the saucepan method..

-peanut butter and jelly sandwhich- (it's a very stoner 'recipe')
take two peices of bread, your prefrence, spread one slice with peanut butter and one slice with jelly, put the two 'messy' sides face toge... you know what, if you don't know how to make it... walk into your nearest police station and try your hardest to stab one of the pigs so they will all shoot you and kill you, cuz you truely are an idiot of record proportions and are better off in the ground then in the 'community'. :p:D

1 qt whole milk
one pound of Land O Lakes yellow american cheese,,,deli sliced only...
4 oz Cracker Barrel Extra sharp cheddar
1 pound Mullers or similar elbow macaroni

in a pot on low heat pour in the milk,,, slowly add the american cheese one to 3 at a time while stirring "reserve 8 slices",then cut up and add the cheddar slowly... VERY IMPORTANT--- Do Not Let it Boil,,,take it off the heat and add more cheese quick if you think it's getting to close to boil...

in another pot par boil the elbows,you want them still hard,,,like 3 to 5 minutes... put elbows in a Pyrex baking pan pour cheese mixture in lay the reserved slices of cheese across the top,,, Bake at 350 till the boiling just about stops in the pan...

Mac and Cheese Skinks way,,, go's good with fish stix...

take 2 slices of bread, spread some olive oil on them, tomato slices, good cheeze (motzerella, parm,chedder), cover with salt, pepper, oregano. place them in a toaster oven, or a 200 degree oven for about 5-10 min, just enugh to melt the cheese.

Here is mine.. It's trademarked!!

A PaRaNoIa™ recipe.

"A paranoid tomato salad"™

Start off by getting the damn ingredients!

Recipe for one person:

Rucola Salad, (around two handfulls - tastes great without it to.)- this shit. ---> http://www.foodlog.nl/images/uploads/rucola.jpg
2 Tomatos, (tennisball sized.)
½ Red Onion, (half a tennisball sized.)
½-1 Piece of Sellery, depends on how much you like Sellery.
½-1 squeezed Lemon, depends on how much you like Lemons.
1-1½ Soup Spoons of Maldon Sea Salt - This shit ---> http://www.lobels.com/graphics/meatpicssmall/maldon_salt_sm.jpg
1-1½ Soup Spoons of Basilikum.

STEP ONE: Clean all your vegetables, you DON'T want dirt to eat when you're stoned, or any other at that!!

First, cut up the Rucola salad nicely, put it in a deep plate. Then you go for the Tomatos, cut them in, well, how ever you like your damn tomatos cut - same goes for the Red Onions; put these in the plate with the Rucola salad. Slize the Sellery in not to tiny pieces.. Around three millimeters thick, (doesn't have to be EXACTLY 3 millimeters, but it's so much better when it is, so get your rulers.. jk), throw it in with the rest. Now, the Lemon. I cut it in half and squeeze it with my hands, (I always wash hands before I cook), over the salad. Add the Maldon and Basilikum, then you mix it all together..

Bon apetit.

i like it, its a little spendy though.
1 crousant(sp?) i know damn sure thats not spelled right
2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
2 slices of tomatos
2 slices of ham
some mayo
and some mustard

cut open the crousant from the thick side, dont cut it in two. leave enough bread so that it acts like a hinge.
heat it up for 10-15-20 seconds in your microwave and then spread the mayo, put on the ham, the cheese and then the tomatos. finally, the mustard.
