plants were were left to theier own devises under flourescents, and have inevitably burned, will this heal, or are they a lost cause? also they are yellowing in the leaves is this a lack of water, or a deficiancy

and you might wana flush the plant as ive heard this helps the yellow leaves, also how bad is the plant burnt?
