The bud looks real nice but I gotta be honest with you. It didn't fill in as well as I would expect for a 400 watter. Now it could be strain related, but it could also be from you pulling off the fan leaves too early. I don't know if you did that immediately pre-harvest or earlier.

If I'm wrong then it's the strain, but if you are pulling off fan leaves in order to give the buds more light then I would stop. Leaving them on will make your buds bigger and therefore filling in the entire length of the branch.

I'll back Perp on this, for a 400 watter, that cola should be 3" at least in diameter.
Not knocking you, you did great, ended up with a big ol' pile of weed, next time; maybe wait a bit longer before harvest.
