Hi,i'm planning on growing my first plants this coming spring/summer,with the last few summers it has had heat waves aroud 30 oC.i will be growing it in a wood with clearance in the middle made to allow sun shine to the plants, what would be the best strain/breed to grow for this climate and area. should i start the plants inside first under lights etc..? and when in the spring move them outdoors?thanks in advance

hmmmm.....Haze strains can take up to 12 - 14 wks. to flower....I wouldn't try that strain outdoors that far north (unless you have got a glasshouse)..... a earlier finishing more indica strain would be better suited....not sure when you could take seedlings outside in the Northern hemisphere, but it can be done....it can be a lil' tricky coz u don't want them to start flowering as soon as they go outside....

Lowryders might be a good suggestion, the yield is low but for outside growing their a perfect size so their less obvious looking should anyone pass by.

I'll be attempting to grow some lowryder outdoors april or so

AGh... :(

I dont know why but lowryders dont feel like real weed growing the whole thing with no light cycle diference really puts me off i like the normal plants better, but i must say i will be trying a couple of lowryders myself lol they sound nice as a seperate thing from the real grow, like it can be like a half way sorta treat to motivate you to make the real crop even better :D

 yeah that sounds good :D

Lowryders are pretty much perfect for outside growing in Ireland. You might need way more plants if you want a nice amount. But I think their is a few strains that have been crossed with lowryder to yield bigger amounts

I'll be attempting a mass lowryder#2 grow in the summer, in SE England. If only for the fact the light cycle doesn't need to change for it to flower, and it's less obvious to the public, + more harvests, hopefully.
