Green Dragon Vaporizor?? Possible???

So I'm to assume many of us chemical infatuants have learned or heard of the concept of alcohol dry ice sublimation... for those who don't here's a quick run down

grab some liquor, and a cube or two of dry ice ... place it carefully in the liquor (meaning without personally touching it -- or u'll get frostbite & freeze burn).. the reaction between c02 and alcohol is a sublimation process, and when it is dropped in, it'll emit a CRAZY amount of clouded vapor.. you can inhale this vapor, which contains pure alcohol- which will be absorbed directly into your bloodstream - meaning via inhalation you can get DRUNK almost immediately, much faster than drinking it..

now consider this.. we all kno of the Green Dragon.. weed + alcohol, thc is dissolved into the mixture, and (as far as i interpreted) bonded with the alcohol..


if you were to drop the dry ice cube into the green dragon, what would happen? the alochol would sublimate of course and the vapor would come around - but...

would the thc leave with it?? if you inhale.. will you inhale the alcohol AND the thc?? :stoned:

or will it be left in the bottle?? :confused:

has anyone tried this before?? or do I have a good reason to go to the Bureau of Patents :smokin: ?

Lol that sounds like an awesome idea and I would love to hear someone try it. Keep in mind, though, that alcohol is a volatile compound meaning it evaporates and it's molecules spread out easily because of the weak forces between the alcohol molecules. If you leave a pan of relatively pure alcohol overnight it will be gone quickly while a pan of hash oil won't disappear. Theres a good chance the THC just isn't energized enough to leave with the alcohol...

just exploring the more potent methods, and trying to find an easier solution for vaporization... i keep breaking the light bulbs and bottles leave a bad aftertaste and the volcanoes cost too much =\ plus i get drunk too...

dont use lightbulbs, dont use bottle, if you want a cheap and effective vaporizer look winto the www.dominizer.com i know ive posted it a couple times on this board, and im not advertising it or anything, but it beats 90% of those hotplate vapes and only costs 20$. Using it with a candle is kinda tricky, you gotta find your sweet spot and you CAN burn the herb a couple times while getting the hang of it. BUT i use a heatgun(20$one) and it works AMAZINGLY! same concept as volcano/vapor/supervapezilla, move heated air THROUGH the material to extract THC. Im not saying its as good as a volcano, cause it probably isnt, but it rapes my friends BC vaporizer. There is another similar one called the "uubie" or something, ive heard it works decently as well.

that IS a cool ass idea though, and it wouldnt hurt to try it with likea gram in a couple shots of alcohol, that way you wouldnt feel the drink, and just have allyour senses to see if you detect a marijuana buzz! although, the WORST that could happen, is you inhale about 3 shots of alcohol, and are left with some somewhat impure hash (but hash none the less).
