ello there i chopped 2 out of my 3 superskunk today, the other looks like it might need another week so i left it be,heres a few pics of them,it aint the largest crop i suppose but im happy for it bein my first time growing, also theres a picture to show how root bound these plants were in 5 litre pots,my white widow thats in flower just now is in a 5 litre pot but done BOG`S repotting technique with it and its in a 11.5 litre pot, total of 16.5 litres which hopefully this time will be big enough for a healthy flowering period, any hows these buds will be hanging in the dark for 4-5 days to dry and then put into jars for curing atleast 2 weeks,so only another few weeks of smoking this shite soap bar pishh!!!enjoy, also theres pic of my WW alongside the remaining SS

Howdy WG78,
Outstanding ! Bravo ! You dun goood ! Yeeehhhaaawww !! It's obvious-that ya done your homework and that you have a natural green thumb !
I think that once you tweak your growroom set-up a little bit more, that all you can do-is improve. What kind of ferts are you using ? Organic or chemical ?
Have a good one...Torog :D

cheers torog im using bio bizz organic ferts (bio-grow,bio-bloom and top max)ive learned a good few things from my first grow that ill be rectifying with my WW grow.1 of them bein over fert! dont fert bio-bizz all-mix soil for the first 4-5 weeks, the soil itself is packed with nutes to keep the plant for its first 4-5 weeks,so basically i aint used any of the bio-grow fert (high N) with my WW and only gave it its first half strength dose of bio-bloom (high P) today.(7 days into flower),heres a pic of my ferts and of my WW clones torog
p.s. the top max is supposedly for sweet tasting buds!!

ah well heres a pic of the buds from 2 of my superskunk(3rd one not ready for harvest)
the buds are dry enough (i think) for curing so here they are put into the curing jar i bought for them today,i cant wait too smoke those mofo`s as doing my final trimming earlier today my fingers were sticking together like they were covered in superglue!! you can see the tricomes glistening in the jar :D

asesino i discovered them when i went to my local hydro shop and the dude who owns the shop gave me some good advice and pointed me in the direction of the bio-bizz soils and ferts,he told me the stuff is the dogs bollox so i had to buy it!!,the ferts arent to expensive and with the little amounts you need to use it would last for about 40 grows of about 3-4 plants at a time!!
cheers student i just got myself a great set of scales from ebay and for my love and care of my plants they returned me with just under an ounce of dried nugs from each of the 2 plants, the 3rd 1 is being harvested tomorrow and it is the chunkiest plant of them all so should get over an ounce from that which im happy with for my first grow :)
i cant wait till those nugs are cured and ready to get blasted in a big fat 5 skinner!!!!
infact i think im goin to roll a quick spliff to sample them just now :D
this joint will be for you guys.........cheers ;)

Cool thanks, did you have much of an increase in your electric bill? Sorry for all the questions but I'd love to grow in future and seeing your first time work out so well has given me some inspiration to do it :D

Still that's not bad considering how much crap weed that would buy you off the street! ;) Did you need to run a ballast with that or did it go straight in the mains?

Dont come right out with it. There are ways to be discreet so he gets the general idea but you didnt exactly say it so there's no way to warrant a search.

you dont have to come right out with it you just say your after some soil and nutes for indoor growing, the folk at the grow shop arent daft they know wot your doin, they do it therselves!

stoner like i said earlier in the thread, personally i dont think we need the bio-grow as the all-mix soil has plenty nutes to last around the first 4-5 weeks so my second grow i aint fed them any bio-grow (for veg) and just started giving them half the recommended dose of bio-bloom 1 week into flowering and only doing so every 3 or 4 waterings,my advice is take it easy with the fert as i learned the hard way and over done it with ferts and had to flush all my plants which is a feckin nightmare when your having to shift all your plants from the grow space to the bathroom and your plants wont be happy with you doin so!
try not ferting at all when you are vegging your plants,if only veggin for 4-5 weeks you should be ok but if you start to see a loss of green colour in your plants give them a watering with 1/4-1/2 strength bio-grow and see how they respond.good bit of advice is not to panic when you see something looking not quite right as this is when you might try loads of things to help them get better but only ends up makin em worse, take it easy with the grow and dont PANIC ;)

all the clones have now been topped but aint tied as they shall bush out after topping them,im really struggling with space to grow my clones,i think i will be puttin them into flower in a week or so and see how they turn out after a short time veg, plus i gotta do my future grows up into the loft as its causing some tension in the house growin in a bedroom which is jail bait!
