I know this may be a stupid question, but here goes. What does LSTing stand for?:confused:

just in case you never heard of it it is a method of tyeing branches back,out,down ect and tops can be pulled over or down if you do it in steps to allow the plant time to adjust it also lets more light penitrate lower bud sites and lets you utilize all available grow space it can also be used to increase yeild it's uses are countless i do it sometimes for fun it's kinda like slowly sculpting your plants
