Taking breaks, Lowering tolerance

I'm a daily smoker and I took a 4 day, 3 night break because I was traveling and visiting family and friends and Boy was it worth it... Tolerance was almost none existent and it only took a couple bong clears to reach the level of high wanted. It was like when I was a noob smoker.

Who else takes small breaks to lower tolerance?

Yea but before you know it with only a 4 day break your tolerance is gona shoot right back up. But yes, I didnt smoke for almost 2 months exactly a little bit ago. I get so high still!

i try not to do that, coz when i get weed again, i smoke a whole load like i normally would, and it blows my head off... lol

I don't like it but i'll take the occasional break if my dealer is dry or if i'm out of money. I do love the feeling of getting high again after a few days sober though, you can really appreciate it.

I just got back a couple dayz ago from a 10 day break. I was in a situation similiar to yours lazysmoking420 with a vacation a family stuff. I was all kinds of excited to get back to my freshly dried herbs. But to my dismay, and not to say I didn't get BLAZED, but not as much as I had hoped. I guess it'll never be like the first time again ya know. I say breaks don't really work if it's for lowering tolerance...unless maybe you take a long-ass break....like 2drunk mentioned 2 months. Screw that though.

what works for me is not stopping smoking but
instead of always smoking th ebest shit out there
i like to mix it up and smoke from different connections
sometimes i find soem mids that blow me away when the indo wont

Small breaks work for me. I swear it seems like it takes forever to build a good tolerance where you can hang with the heavy weights (if you're light weight like me) but it drops so damn fast lol.
