Smoking outside

Does anyone else find that smoking outside doesn't work as well?

If I smoke inside. Even in a huge room with 2 or 3 people hitting the bowl or blunt I'll get higher than if I smoked the entire thing to myself standing outside in the cold.

I'm at home for xmas break and so all my smoking is outside.

I can't get high outside anymore!!

Is it the cold? is it the open space (less second hand smoke)?

I blaze outdoors all the time. In fact, I can't remember the last time I lit up indoors.
