Double Perc Bong Question

yo i just bought a double percalating bong ATX..im confused by it, where do i let the water in the perculator sit, like wat level, i have it even with the tube in the percu

hey its actually a single perc i think, it just looks like 2, seems like the top one is instead a splash guard, please help. is perculatin bong just like an ash catcher or better or wat??

whatever works man. id say about the middle, or as much as it an hold.
its a bong on a bong you got double filter so it cools and smooths the smoke nice.
